Jacques Cesaire is a handful for opposing offenses and he gives more than a handful to assist the community. Jacques can be seen weekly visiting homeless shelters, hospitals and schools. Recently, he and his wife Jill started J.C. Kids and Jacques will be donating his ten Community Corner tickets as a reward for improved academics and citizenship in the classroom to schools and youth programs that serve low-income and at-risk youth in the homeless and foster care system.
