Greg Camarillo’s Charging Forward Sponsors EPA Student-Athletes to San Jose Earthquakes Game

As soccer season came to a close at East Palo Alto Academy HS, Greg Camarillo sponsored the team’s highest achieving student-athletes to a night in San Jose at the Earthquakes.

The twelve young men that attended the game were given the opportunity to be sideline assistants by the Earthquakes organization. EPAA Vice Principal and Greg’s brother, Jeffrey Camarillo, identified these young men for their exemplary dedication to their academic success and the EPAA soccer team. The team finished the season 11-2 and lost a heartbreaker in the championship game to finish 2nd place in the league.

For their amazing work in the classroom and on the soccer field, these young men were treated to a night food, soccer and fun. After the game, the EPAA soccer players met several MLS players and got autographs and game equipment from various players.
